XTENDER® Line of Products
Since the introduction of the XTENDER® articulating arm in 2005, we have been improving and creating new accessories for the product line. We offer the XTENDER® in two mounting configurations: a shoe mount as well as the 1/4"-20 screw mount. We have multiple XTENDER® kits that include our best-selling accessories at a discounted price. Our accessories range from special mounts that will allow you to attach a small monitor or specialty light, to a Light Post Adapter that will allow you to attach any XTENDER® arm to a light stand, clamp or post.
The 5" XTENDER® Straight Arm, the X-SA-100, the 11" XTENDER Articulating Arm, X-M-100 and the all new 2" XTENDER Straight Arm will attach to a DSLR's shoe mount as well as a video camera's 1/4"-20 or shoe mount. You can attach a light, small video monitor or any other accessory you see fit.
Remember, XTENDER® accessories can be used with or without the XTENDER® arm. For instance, changing the mounting method of your camera from one type to another. Or ,even mounting your light, monitor or microphone straight onto your camera handle. There are many possiblities... you decide how you want to use them.
